Do I need any technical background?
None at all. The sessions are built for anyone with no coding experience. If you can use Google Docs and send an email, you have everything you need to start.
What kind of application will I actually build?
That depends on your context and your needs. Past examples include automated email drafters, document generators, survey analysis tools, staff communication portals, and scheduling assistants. We design your project around a real problem you face.
Can the four hours be spread across multiple sessions?
The standard session is 4 hours in a single day. If you'd like more depth, a 2-day event can be scheduled — get in touch and we'll arrange it.
What tools and platforms will we use?
We build primarily within the Google Workspace ecosystem. The core AI tool we use is Claude — you will need an active Claude Pro or Max subscription to participate. That's the only software requirement.
Do I need a Claude subscription before we start?
Yes. A Claude Pro or Max subscription is required to get the most out of the session. You can sign up at claude.ai before your first session — it takes just a few minutes. If you're unsure which plan is right for you, we can walk through it on your free discovery call.
Can my organization pay by invoice?
